Research

As the name of our entity indicates, our sole goal is to conduct scientific research to improve health, functional and psychosocial status, and quality of life among frail elders and their caregivers through utilization of technology. We believe that frail elders can stay home while coping with their chronic conditions. We believe that a proactive attitude toward healthy behaviors supported by a virtual network (e-health) is an effective way to promote health and reduce health care costs in the future. We also believe that meaningful research can be done through collaborations with community organizations. Our responsibility is to provide accurate information so that clinicians and health care providers can utilize our findings to improve quality of care individually and in their health care systems.
