B. Transferring Devices

1. The Miranti

The Miranti is an integral part of the adjustable or fixed height bathing systems (Rhapsody and Century). The Miranti places the resident's personal dignity first, while at the same time protecting the staff from lifting-related injuries. With Miranti, one nurse can single-handedly lift and easily transport totally dependent residents from without heavy lifting.
